The Association of Genetic Technologists (AGT) promotes cooperation and exchange of information among those engaged in classical cytogenetics, molecular and biochemical genetics and stimulates interest in genetics as a career. AGT supports its members of genetic technologists, supervisors, lab directors, and counselors through annual professional development and networking meetings and publications.
